Alan David Haile has built up his funeral business over many years after taking over ownership in 1999. Alan worked on a part-time basis for the previous company, known as Hanveys, learning all aspects of the business from underbearer and hearse driver through to the background arrangements required. Supported by his wife, Elizabeth, and family, Alan has dedicated himself to providing an excellent service with a reputation for trustworthy care and advice.

Mrs Sally-Ann Rogerson has worked for Alan for over 21 years. A family friend, Sally-Ann began helping with secretarial work for Alan, a role which increased over time as the company grew, and took on extras such as hymn sheets, order of services and more personal touches. Now she also provides families with help and advice, reflecting Alan’s guidelines, and often fulfils the role of assistant funeral director.
